Muirlands' beautification efforts continue across the campus with its' latest mural unveiling, a stunning abstract design by local artist Erin Bowman. Erin donated her design and time, in combination with materials supplied by Sunhouse Youth to create this unique and vibrant art piece that is getting rave reviews from both staff and students, who feel it adds peaceful vibes and a "pop of life" to the Muirlands experience. Beauty of La Jolla Comes To Muirlands' Campus
The Muirlands Foundation continues its beautification efforts with the unveiling of the auditorium's new stunning photography by Muirlands community member/local photographer Michael Sangiolo (The Dawson/Sangiolo family). Michael donated four photographs of local La Jolla scenic points and worked in conjunction with WOW MY WALLS and its owner Derek Greco to produce and install one of a kind wall murals that span the entire length of the auditorium. Not only are the aesthics of the space magically transformed by this art installation but the images serve as a reminder of all who enter of the beauty of the community they live in, and the generosity of its members.
