Oh, yes it does. Our inaugural Muirlands Rocks! event was an effort to bring the school community together, parents and students, teachers and administrators, for an afternoon of fun, food, and music. And if along the way they spied a hint of what a wonderful educational community we were a part of, all the better! Our initial foray into a community “fun”raiser was a huge success.

This year, 2009/2010, we have planned a bigger and better event, with even more fun for all, while transforming this fun-raiser into a legitimate fund-raiser. The funds raised will go to funding Self-Defense Training in PE curriculum AND enhancing & improving the instrumental music room.
